A wide range of consulting services provides comprehensive individual
assistance for specific project needs. Construction,
renovation, and facility operation services
are offered on a fee basis. Fees are based on the particular services
furnished and are tailored to the specific requirements of the project.
Typical arrangements include: 1) a stipulated design/consultation fee
based upon the required designated services to be furnished; 2) an hourly
rate in conjunction with the specific scope of services and a stipulated
"not-to-exceed" cost.

the pre-design, schematic design, design development or construction document
phase, project bidding or negotiation phase, construction or post-construction
phase and other special services such as value analysis, energy studies,
