I and T-Bar PVC grating and grating systems for swimming pools, water features and aquatic facilities.

Natare’s PVC grating is the toughest and most
durable PVC grating system available. Constructed from a high impact, exterior grade PVC, Natare grating resists chipping and cracking and is inert with virtually all swimming pool chemicals.

Additionally, Natare PVC grating resists the deteriorating effects of ultraviolet radiation and will not fade.

Available in “T” or “I” shaped bars, standard open area ranges from 15 percent to 33 percent.
Adding to the strength and rigidity of the grating panels are reinforced PVC composite tie rods set perpendicular to the grating bars every 12". For added safety and convenience, all grating is
produced with a bi-directional ASTM certified slip-resistant surface. Tamper-proof grating hold
downs are constructed from non-corrosive materials and are accessible only with a special tool.
PVC grating is available in standard and custom dimensions to suit any individual requirement. White is the standard color, but custom colors and color combinations are available.

Full Grating Panels
Available in “T” or “I” bar configurations, our PVC grating panels are 60” wide and up to 120” long. Bearing bars run parallel to either dimension. Other sizes and configurations are also available. Cross-tie rods are 12” on center typically.

Our complete, pre-engineered grating systems combine beauty and functionality. Ideal for new construction or replacement, they are proven state- of-the-art designs for large pools, whether active recreational pools, leisure pools or top competition facilities.

Pool construction or renovation is fast and efficient with a Natare grating system. Eliminate tile and stone coping perimeter systems with sturdy, cost- efficient gratings.

Easily installed and accessed, yet vandal resistant, Natare grating systems are provided in lengths to allow fast installation and easy removal for service or cleaning. Special fasteners hold the grating securely in place, and release easily with a special tool.

Excellent for teaching, recreation or competitive swimming, the wide surface of the exclusive T-bar grating provides a comfortable surface for any pool- side activity while the I-bar offers the ultimate in a competition grating system. Strong, permanently white and slip-resistant, Natare grating systems provide a comfortable surface and ensure safety with DIN and internationally compliant 8 mm openings.

Natare grating systems can be easily used with a traditional tile or stone pool nosing or as a part of a complete system with other stainless steel overflow systems.

Whether it’s a top international competition facility, neighborhood swim club, health club or therapeutic pool, Natare grating systems are available in a wide range of sizes to meet any design requirements. Gratings can be rectangular, radius to two-meter and angular.

Custom Grating Colors
Custom colors are available in larger quantities.

Corner Tiles and Transition Sections
Available in 90 degree, 45 degree and 30 degree sections, these tiles are machined from a matching white, ultra high density polymer and feature recessed hold-downs and interlocking stainless steel pins that join grating sections. Available for standard gutter grating sizes.

Effective Skimming and Water Removal
Natare grating systems provide generous open area to swallow waves and water surges as they cross the perimeter gutter.

Replacement Grates and Grating
Natare gratings can be fabricated to special sizes and shapes for any application requiring a tough, sturdy grating section. Whether used as a drain grating, a frame insert or outlet cover, these grating sections can be furnished in sizes that fit most standard frames, drain boxes and outlets. Furnished with stainless steel fasteners, these heavy-duty replacement grates are corrosion-resistant and almost unbreakable. No more cracked, broken and yellowed drain covers.

Stainless Steel Grates
Ideal for new construction or renovation, Natare's stainless steel grates are formulated for use in harsh swimming pool and aquatic environments. The rigid construction of the stainless steel grate makes it strong while allowing generous open areas. The grate will not crack or yellow.

Complete Grating Systems
Our grating systems are sturdy, cost effective systems for new construction or renovation in changing rooms, athletic facilities, industrial applications and most importantly, perimeter drainage in and around swimming pools, water features and aquatic facilities. Intended primarily for use with concrete construction, each system is complete with a stainless steel support and framing system, anchors and tamper resistant fasteners. Gratings are available in white and custom colors. Parallel grating systems are available in standard widths to 24 inches. Perpendicular T-bar grating systems are available in widths to 12 inches. I-Bar systems are available to 16 inches.
