User logins and user types
For viewing and downloading certain content, there are (2) types of users on our website; Registered users & Guest users.
Guest users can view and download non-editable documents. For a guest user to download these documents we only require their email address and name. Once logged in, they are allowed to freely browse and download files from our File Transfer Center.
Registered users have full access to all editable and non-editable documents and content. Editable documents include: Word, Excel, CAD details, etc. Registered users can also send and receive documents to custom folders specific to them and their projects.
Increasing text size
To increase or decrease the text size on our web pages, you can change the text size setting on your web browser. If you need help doing this, go to your browser's help menu for details.
In some cases, other software formats are provided as alternatives. These include the Portable Document Format, video, and interactive media.
To access files in these alternate formats, you need to have the programs needed to run them. Many computers come with these programs already installed. If you do not already have these items on your computer, many are available for free download or for purchase on the Internet. The following are some websites where you can get these programs.

To increase transparency and cross browser compatibility we publish all of our video content to our YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/natarecorp and embed the videos back on our site. To view any of the available videos on our site, just click the play button and the video will begin playing momentarily, depending upon video size and connections speed.
PDF: Portable Document Format
Our website has numerous documents available for download. Most documents are provided in .pdf format for ease of viewing and printing. To view these documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download) or similar compatible software installed.
